Mbala na ngai ya liboso = My first time
Mbala ya liboso tango okendeki Isiro = The first time when you went to Isiro
Mbala moko = One time / once
Mbala mibale = Two times / twice
Mbala misato = Three times
Mbala moko can also mean straight away.

Example:

Tango oko koma, ko bosana te. Pesa ye mbala moko.
